Drawing / specification
Manufacturing feasibility, material options and delivery are confirmed after review of your drawing or specification.
Send the required dimensions, material, finish, quantity and application with your inquiry.
For OEM assembly lines and repeat production orders. Share batch quantity, annual demand, inspection requirements and delivery schedule.
Screw and captive-washer assemblies configured to your application: head and drive, flat or spring washers, material and finish. Confirm washer dimensions and assembly details in your drawing.
SEMS ordering starts with the screw head, drive, thread and retained washer configuration. State whether you need a flat washer, a spring washer or a combination. Include washer inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness and order in the assembly.
Check the space occupied by the head and washers, tool access and usable thread length against the mating parts. Retaining the washer helps keep components together during handling; it does not by itself establish resistance to loosening in your application.
Send a drawing or approved sample reference, material, finish, batch quantity and delivery schedule. Confirm inspection criteria and packing before production. If washer arrangement or coating changes, review the complete assembly again rather than ordering only by screw diameter.
Prepare drawings, acceptance requirements and delivery information so a custom fastener enquiry can be reviewed efficiently.
Specify the screw and washer combination together, then confirm assembly clearance, material, finish and batch demand.
